RM truly means it when we say that we believe everyone deserves a chance at parenthood. No offense to Hollywood, but real people deserve access to surrogacy & egg donation options too. For this reason, we offer more services and program types than any agency we are familiar with. From full service all the way down to matching only. Combine two services for a unique program that addresses your every need and doesn't ask you to pay for extras you don't need. Also, see if you qualify for either of our discount programs "American Heroes" or the fee subsidy which is based on your income and assets.
Services Offered:Specials and Discounts:
Intended parents seeking a surrogate who will not maintain a genetic link to the child she carries will use this service. This means she will carry fertilized eggs from either a donor or the intended mother. Upon agreeing to the terms of service, the intended parents will be able to view available surrogate profiles or you will have the option of having RM staff locate a surrogate specifically for you at no additional cost. For these cases, we will employ creative advertising techniques and utilize our industry contacts to locate a carrier who fits your unique criteria. If an egg donor is needed, the same options will be available to you. Intended Parents are required to consult with a mental health professional to explore the emotional aspects of infertility, egg donation, and/or surrogacy. This must be done before your donor/surrogate can be reserved. All surrogates must pass a criminal background check, undergo STD and Drug testing, complete an interview with RM staff, and allow us access to obstetrical records from previous pregnancies before being accepted into our program. This is included in the RM Surrogacy Concierge fee. Once you have selected a surrogate, an additional psychological screening will be performed along with a physical examination, with the fertility clinic of your choice, before she can be officially cleared. Once cleared, legal representation must be obtained along with a life insurance policy to cover the surrogate mother. This policy will ensure that the surrogate's family will be provided for in the event that something should happen during her pregnancy. Intended parents will also be able to recoup some of their costs by being named as a beneficiary to a portion of this policy's benefit. Finally, maternity insurance will be arranged, a surrogacy agreement will be signed, and your surrogacy journey will begin. Your Case Manager will be there every step of the way helping to plan and coordinate all of these steps and those to follow.

Gestational Surrogacy Matching Only $1,500.00
If you are already working with another agency or simply do not require a concierge level of service, RM will be happy to match you with a GS from our database. Your chosen SM will already have had all of the same screenings performed that are required for any other program. No fees will be due until you have chosen to move forward with the carrier you have selected. Step one is to complete the intended parent questionnaire, as always. Once we have received the questionnaire and contacted you, specifiy that you are interested in GS matching only. We will propose any number of potential matches and beign to explore those who pique your interest. Once you have narrowed it down to your final selctions, we will arrange a conference call between you and the potential SM's one at a time through our office. During this call, you will discover the more specific details of expected compensation, travel flexibility, maturity level, lifestyle, and overall compatibility with you. If you choose to move forward and request her contact information, you will be expected to submit your full fee before any information will be released. However, if the chosen GS goes on to fail any of the screenings we have claimed to perform, you will be entitled to a 60% refund, if requested within 30 days. To date, RM has never had a carrier matched through this service type go on to fail preliminary screening measures. Traditional surrogacy refers to an arrangement where the carrier also acts as the egg donor and does maintain a genetic link to the child she carries. These arrangements are less costly because an ovum donor is not needed and IVF treatments will not be performed. Instead, your surrogate will be inseminated through a simple, painless, and comparatively inexpensive process called intrauterine insemination, or IUI. In other words, your fertility clinician will inject healthy, washed and quarantined sperm cells directly into the uterus for fertilization of your surrogate's own egg(s). While the process is less costly, due to the laws surrounding traditional surrogacy, in the state of FL and elsewhere, RM staff would need to assess these cases individually. It will be necessary to carefully select a surrogate from one of the states that looks favorably upon these less common arrangements. The names of both parents will eventually appear on their child's birth certificate, however the intended mother will typically be required execute a step-parent adoption in order for this happen. This is not a complicated process but will take a number of weeks after the birth of your child. RM staff will be happy to provide a comprehensive matching service to assist you in finding a suitable TS who is able to pass preliminary screening measures. Egg Donation Concierge (without use of surrogate) $5,500.00
We do provide a full service egg donation concierge and will be glad to locate your egg donor according to your needs and preferences, even if you are not using an RM surrogate or any surrogate at all. All of our donors must pass a criminal background check, undergo STD and Drug testing, complete an interview with RM staff, and allow us access to obstetrical records from previous pregnancies and/or ovum donations before being accepted into our program. The costs associated with the listed screening measures are included in our program fee. An additional psychological evaluation will be required for all donors. Intended parents are also required to consult with a mental health professional to explore the emotional aspects of infertility, egg donation, and/or surrogacy. This must be done before your donor can be reserved. The next steps are to obtain legal counsel for both intended parents and their donor and to have the donor examined by the fertility clinic for physical suitability. Once medical clearance is obtained, legal representation must be located within 15 days. After the contracts are prepared and signed, the donor may begin taking her IVF medications according to the time line determined by the fertility clinic.

Independent Expert Consultation $299.00/month
If you have already found a surrogate and/or donor and do not a need a concierge level of service but would like a bit of advice, our services may be retained on a monthly basis to see you through your process. There is a 12 month minimum. After the initial 12 months have passed, you may continue your service on a month-by-month basis if you need further assistance. A monthly service will include expert advice and professional referrals during business hours. Advise topics include determining whether surrogacy/egg donation is a good option for your family and budget, creation of a financial surrogacy/egg donation plan, selecting and screening a surrogate and/or donor, legal concerns such as contract terms and contract negotiation, international surrogacy/egg donation, traveling abroad for IVF or transfer, conflict resolution, mediation, and more.
A monthly service would include:
Up to 180 minutes in telephone consultation (divided between any number of calls), up to 3 Skype or instant messanger sessions, unlimited emails, and a welcome kit full of resources to get you started (first month only).

If at least one of the Intended Parents is an active duty US Military member or veteran, K-12 School Teacher, Registered Nurse, Police Officer, Fire Fighter, or Emergency Services Worker, the family will be charged at a 10% discounted rate. If an Intended Family selects a Surrogate or Donor who is either the spouse of a deployed US military member or is a veteran of the armed forces herself, the family will receive a 5% discount on their service fees.
Fee Subsidy
RM will apply a 50% discount (not applied to cost of included screening measures) to the RM service fees of qualifying families. If a client is also receiving a reduced rate as part of our American Heroes program(as described above) the heroes discount will be applied first and then the remaining fees will be subsidized by RM.
Program Citeria:
Annual income must not exceed $75K for a couple
Annual income must not exceed $45K for individual
Total expected surrogacy related costs must be at least 80% of liquid assets.
1. As with any consultant service, results can not be guaranteed. RM has never had a client request a refund and 100% of our clients have been matched thus far. However, there are so many variables and secondary parties involved that RM cannot possibly promise any particular outcome within any particular period of time. We can only guarantee that we will provide every service for which you have been charged and that our staff will fight vigorously on your behalf because we honestly do want to see you live the life you dream of. That much we can promise.
2. The actions of your surrogacy partners (surrogates and/or ovum donors) cannot be guaranteed by RM. We do our very best to assist you in selecting and screening the most suitable, responsible, and desirable surrogate and/or donor available. Thus far, we have had extraordinary experiences with no upsets. However, RM does not employ, represent, or accept responsibility for these women in any way. They enter surrogacy arrangements on their own will and accord and behave as such within their respective arrangements.
